Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Support@jfgtev.top. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. If you have any return questions, you can contact us at any time at Support@jfgtev.top.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted/special items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already own and, once your return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
